When Jenn asked me to photograph her baby shower, I was like, beyond excited and honored. I had known of Jenn’s vision for the shower for a little while, and then when she told me she was going to collaborate with Collette Budd of Brier Rose Design, I KNEW I was in for some MAJOR gorgeousness! Jenn’s vision became a beautiful reality with Collette’s expert hand and talent. And the inspiration for the shower? A lovely chair, which you will see in this post.
This is unlike any shower I have ever been to, much less to have had the honor of being a part of. Jenn’s grandma very graciously let Jenn borrow her antique, heirloom tea pots and a few tea cup sets to pull the entire look together. I could be wrong, but I am almost 100% positive all the tea pots and cups magically grew legs and disappeared into one of Jenn’s gift bags after the shower…I could be wrong.
A very special thank you to Rachel of Rachel Hood- Artistic Visual Design for the beautiful plant favor, drink and food signs as well as the design of the shower invitation. You my dear, are a talented woman! (Rachel is also the one who designed both my wedding blog logo and my boudoir blog logo…I LOVE her!). And last but certainly not least, thank you to Coty who graciously opened her home for this beautiful shower.
The lovely chair which the shower and baby’s room was designed around.
Jenn’s sister, Samantha had this sign made for Irelynn’s room. Love!
And how cute are these? Thank you to Crystal Mendenhall for these beauties!
Isn’t she beautiful? I love this gal.
Such a beautiful speech Coty gave. <3Heirloom teacups and saucers for Jenn, her mom and her sister.
I love these little “Irelynn’s Blooming” spoons Collette had made for the shower.
