I have been waiting to post Tina and Dan’s engagement session for a month now. Ahhh!! It has been torture not being able to post this. The reason being is, I wanted to wait until the launch of my new brand. Yay! New year, new brand, new engagement session.

Tina and Dan are SO much fun to be around and I adore them to bits! We had so much fun on their shoot. I cannot WAIT until their wedding in March. Yay! You guys are amazing and I heart you both.

Angel in a wedding dress

This little shoot with Mariah and my princess dress (as Mariah called it) was the most fun I have had shooting my little angel. It was so fun to see her face light up when I took my wedding dress out of the closet and out of its dust bag. Pure wonder and amazement graced her sweet little angel face. She is growing far too quickly, I want to bottle up these moments and keep them forever. Taking these pictures was my way of doing that. I want her to be able to look back at these images and cherish them. Cherish her innocence. Cherish being this little at one time. I love you, my sweet baby girl, so much.

I literally almost passed out when I saw how ADORABLE Savannah was! Oh my goodness! On top of her being absolutely gorgeous, her outfit was just too much!! Oh my word, I was in tutu and cowboy boot heaven! And to top it off, she was so much fun to work with too! She is such a happy little 3 year old, not to mention a trooper! It was cold, windy and rainy on the day of the shoot, but you wouldn’t have known that by looking at her in the pictures. She never complained once during the shoot. Can you say, “professional”??

Sweet Savannah, I had so much fun with you, thank you for being such a pleasure to work with. I adore you, little one.

Let it snow…

Since I live in sunny Southern California, it’s not very often that I get to see snow. So when it finally did snow this past weekend, I took FULL advantage of the situation.

I asked my friends Sarina and Daniel if they wouldn’t mind being my little models…they happily said yes. Daniel is also a photographer, so the pressure was on! I do have to say, these two are SO MUCH FUN! No exaggeration! I loved every moment of their shoot! From slipping, sliding and falling (I was the only one falling though) in the snow, eating whipped cream and candy canes, leaving the mugs on the side of the road and going back to get them in the pitch dark, talking about all different kinds of yummy candy, talking about how Daniel gets sick to his stomach when he gets too hot and has to roll the car windows down in the 35 degree weather(LOL LOL)…oh yeah, and the actual shoot was pretty cool too.

I have known Aurora on a personal basis for only a short time, but I feel like I have known her for much, much longer. She is undoubtedly one of the most amazing, Godly women I have ever met in my life and now she is married to one of the most amazing men I have ever met. These two are, without a doubt, two of the sweetest people I have EVER met and are completely perfect for one another.

When Eric looks at Aurora, you can feel how incredibly in love he is with her. You all know how much I LOVE seeing REAL love. It makes my heart happy.
